RULES OF THE HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOREST 

 

We welcome you warmly in our house and wish you a pleasant stay. We will be grateful if you follow the rules contained in these Regulations, which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of our guests.

1. Initial booking: can be made by phone, e-mail or via the online booking system on our website wsrodkulasu.pl valid until 3 days. 

2. It is possible to cancel the reservation and receive a refund of the advance payment up to 3 weeks before the planned date of arrival. Less than 3 weeks before the start of the stay, the advance payment is not refundable.

3. On the day of arrival, a cash deposit of PLN 1,000 is collected and returned on the day of departure. 

4. The day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

5. If you decide to interrupt your stay at Dom W Środko Lasu earlier, you are not entitled to a refund of the amount paid or a reduction in the price of the service for the unused period.

6. The guest is obliged to observe order throughout the facility. 

7. It is forbidden to feed animals: horses, rabbits, cats, dogs, ducks without the prior consent of the host. 

8. Guests are required to strictly comply with fire regulations and rules. The cottage has a fireplace with an insert. Always use the fireplace for its intended purpose. The fireplace insert must always be tightly closed. It is forbidden to leave the fireplace unattended.

9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. Smoking allowed only outdoors. In case of breaking the smoking ban at home, we charge a fee of PLN 1,000 (cleaning, cleaning, laundry)

10. Persons not registered at Dom W Środko Lasu may stay on the premises only with the prior consent of the hosts.

11. When leaving the house, please turn off the devices that consume electricity (lighting, TV sets) and lock the front door.

12. It is forbidden to stay in the house and its surroundings without the consent of the host. 

13. Please keep and return the house in the condition it was found, which includes, in particular, leaving the dishes washed, throwing away the remains of food in bags. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of PLN 200 will be charged.

14. Barbecue users are obliged to leave it clean after grilling. Charcoal, briquettes are organized by guests on their own. Free wood is available next to the grill. Throughout their stay in the Home, children must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. The children's legal guardians are responsible for the behavior of children, including damage and/or damage.

15. There is a swimming pool and a wood-fired sauna on the premises, which are unguarded facilities, so children can use the above-mentioned facilities. facilities only in the presence and under the care of their parents or guardians, who are fully responsible for the children.

16. Throughout their stay in the Home, children must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. The children's legal guardians are responsible for the behavior of children, including damage and/or damage.

17. Staying in the swimming pool or sauna under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants is prohibited for safety reasons.

18. It is forbidden to consume drinks and food in the pool.

19. It is forbidden to use the swimming pool or sauna for people whose symptoms indicate: skin diseases, mycosis, papilloma, erythema, erysipelas, etc., open cuts, infectious diseases, difficult to heal wounds, lack of personal hygiene, epilepsy, frequent intravenous injections on the limbs upper arms, difficulty breathing, balance disorder, aggressive behavior.

20. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is at your own risk. The owners of the facility are not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of the above-mentioned facilities. objects.

21. For safety reasons, children can use the swimming pool, sauna, trampoline, playground only in the presence and under the care of their parents or guardians. The owners of the House in the middle of the forest are not responsible for children left unattended in the area.

22.  The activation of the sauna and pizza oven is made by the hosts at the request of guests - the desire to use the sauna must be reported the day before. The sauna is prepared twice a week in the price of the stay. Each subsequent session is additionally paid PLN 100. 

23. House guests are asked not to walk around the house in shoes.

24. Guests of the Dom W Środko Lasu  are financially responsible for any damage, loss or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of people visiting them. Guests should notify the hosts of the damage immediately after becoming aware of it.

25. Guests are responsible for damages caused by children, animals  under their care.

26. The hosts reserve the right to refuse to continue providing services to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving aggressively, and also in the event of a drastic violation of the regulations by guests, without refunding previously paid fees.

27. Kayaks can be used by guests at no additional charge, we are not responsible for accidents, loss of health or death during the use of kayaks.  

28. Each user of the kayak  bears full responsibility for the rented equipment and damages caused by them and is obliged to repair them or cover the repair costs.

29. We do not accept groups for stag parties. 

30. The Regulations of the House in the Middle of the Forest  are made available to guests by posting on the website www.wsrodkulasu.pl and through individual reading by the guest.
